1.Here, a winter view of my neighborhood on Sunday morning as I left the house. I'm so glad that I didn't sleep in and miss the white wonderland and pearly sky! I was determined that this Sunday, I would finally make it to the German church I had found in Helsinki.
2.I made it downtown with some extra time, so I wandered around and enjoyed the peaceful streets. Here, the Tuomiokirkko presiding over the central plaza looks magnificent in the morning sun!
3.When the church pews are just too uncomfortable, there's always the floor! I tried to sneakily take this picture during the service! I didn't understand everything I heard, but I did try to converse with the people I met at coffee afterwards!
