Sunday was Father's Day here in Finland. My cousin, Sarai, cooked an amazing
lunch for her dad, and we
all hung around the house all day.
There's something to be said
for these wonderful lazy days
when you can just sit at home
with family, sleep late, and stare
at the fire in the fireplace,
mesmerized by its dancing
and lulled by it's warmth. So at left,
Sarai with her music and
microphone as she cooks chicken, and below, my uncle
Sami and cousin Jojo.
